Before and After

The artwork in the second floor corridor outside of the Skylark and Hannah rooms was beginning to fade, so we decide to replace it. We speculated that it had been there since the early eighties, and the prints, although signed and numbered, were probably not printed on archival paper. They had lost many of their colors, and simply were looking tired. Even though they were only in a hallway, we wanted to spruce things up.

I happened to have been collecting gold-framed mirrors for another project, and decided to use them instead to replace the artwork.
